Who we are

Aura AI Build is operated by Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Commercial Licence No. 2647800.01.

What we store about you

Your account: an email address, a password that is hashed and stored by our authentication provider and never held by us in readable form, and optionally a display name and avatar URL if you give one.

Your sites: the brief you type, the HTML that is generated from it, every later version of that HTML, and the chat messages you exchange with the editor.

Your billing record, if you subscribe: a customer identifier, a subscription identifier, the plan, its status and its renewal date. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site.

Who processes it

Supabase hosts the database, file storage and the authentication service that holds your password.

OpenRouter receives the brief and editing instructions you type, and routes them to the AI model that writes your site. Do not paste anything into a brief that you would not want sent to a model provider.

Stripe processes payments and holds your card details under its own terms.

Vercel hosts and serves the application.

If you connect Figma or Stitch, an access token for that account is stored so designs can be imported. Disconnecting deletes the token.

Cookies

One cookie, named aura_session. It holds a signed reference to your account so you stay logged in, is HTTP-only, and expires after 30 days. Signing out deletes it. The light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves the device.

Published sites

Publishing a site makes that page, and the content you put in it, publicly readable by anyone with the link and by search engines and AI crawlers. Unpublishing takes it offline again. Treat anything you publish as public.

How long we keep it

Account and site data is kept while your account exists. Version history is kept so earlier drafts stay recoverable. Billing records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its sites to be deleted. Email the address below and we will action it. Deletion removes your sites, their version history and their chat messages, and takes any published pages offline.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we store or who processes it, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
