Terms of Service

The service

Aura AI Build generates a website from a written brief, lets you edit it by chat, and hosts it on a link when you publish it. It is provided by Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

What you own

You own the briefs you write and the sites generated from them. Each site is a single self-contained HTML file that you can read in the code view and take elsewhere.

You are responsible for the content of what you publish, including any claim, price, opening hour or testimonial on the page. Generated copy is a draft written from your brief, not verified fact. Check it before you publish it.

What we do not promise

Generated output varies. The same brief will not produce the same site twice, and we do not warrant that any particular design, structure or wording will be produced.

The service depends on third-party AI providers. If a provider is unavailable, generation may fail or return a fallback page. We aim to keep the app and published sites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it may result in content being taken down or an account being suspended.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. Credits included with a plan reset each period and do not roll over.

Published sites remain online while the account is active. Export your HTML before closing an account if you want to keep hosting it yourself.

Refunds and billing errors

Refund requests and billing errors are reviewed case by case. Contact support@aaivisibility.com with your account email and payment reference. This does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

Aura AI Build is a digital service. There are no physical goods to ship or return. Paid features become available after payment is confirmed; contact support if your purchase has not been activated.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and will tell you why where we are able to.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
